Okan Group, alongside Hilton (NYSE: HLT), introduced the first look at Hilton Residences Miami Bayfront.
Slated for completion in 2027, Hilton Residences Miami Bayfront is part of Okan Tower, a 70-story mixed-use project. The tower will have residences, offices and a Hilton Hotel.
Condo ownership allows access to the Hilton Miami Bayfront hotel amenities, such as cafés, bars, lounges, fitness and recreation areas, meeting spaces, and 4,500 square feet of ballroom space.
Residents will be upgraded to Gold Status through Hilton Honors. As part of the Hilton Residences program, owners have the option to place their units in the Hilton rental program whenever they are not using it themselves. Other residential services include:
· 24-hour lifestyle concierge staff to arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tickets to concerts, theater, or sporting events, and more.
It will have a pool, gym, cabanas, poolside service, and sun and shade lounges.
